"I showed up at the dealership on a Saturday for a free hot dog and to just look around, but three hours later my old hog was traded in and I was riding home in a brand new '12 Fat Boy.
The bike is a beauty, but the sales staff and everyone else in the dealership really made the whole experience. Always courteous, with an unshakable good attitude and smile, they helped me select the new ride and close the deal with minimal effort.
I have dealt with several other Harley dealerships in CT and NY, but none come close in customer care and satisfaction.

"I have been to Yankee HD as a passenger on a bike to be fitted for a helmet. That was my first experience dealing with the Sales Dept. Barbie was such a great help making sure we got the right fit.
Now, I am a beginner rider and just purchased my first bike from Yankee. Peter, Mike, Joe and Sharon were such great help on the floor. I had seen a used bike on their web page and was very interested in checking it out. Although I don't have my permit yet, the sales staff was very helpful with all my questions. We were getting a bit irked by the length of time one of the bikes was in the shop but when we found out why, well let's say Matt the tech is literally a life saver. Matt found a problem with my wife's bike that could have led to a serious accident. Matt took the time to thoroughly inspect the bike and make the needed repairs. Don't want to think about what could have happed had Matt not been so completely thorough and meticulous in his work.

"I just bought my first Harley From Yankee Harley Davidson, it is a '99 FXR3. Beautiful Bike, when i got it home and took it for my first ride i had some problems with it. I called up the dealership and talked to Todd the salesmen who sold me the bike. He said right away that they would come get the bike and take care of it no worries. This was great, I bought a used bike "as is" and was expected to have to fight my way to some assistance, and instead they took it right back in and apologized for the problem and really took care of it for me no hassles. I cannot say how much i appreciate this and how excited i am to get out there and ride! Thanks Yankee! "

"Great place to buy a bike. Felt comfortable with sales people that were helping me. They weren't like alot of places that treat you like crap or will say anything to sell you something. Got really good value for my old trade in. Nice place overall. Only downside is that the clothing area could be larger and the jackets are kinda pricy. But I did get a good price on a helmet which was alot cheaper than I was expecting to pay. What I liked the most is there are nice people working there and they did alot to help my bike be affordable to me and put me on a new Harley. "

Ryan in Parts did a great job and followed up with me and let me know when my parts came in so I could inspect them prior to installation. Patrick in the Service Department is a true professional. The follow up was great and the exhaust install and air cleaner looked great. The Dyno with Mastertune tuner was second to none. A great improvement over stock. I recommend Yankee H-D highly. "From the moment I walked into the NEW Yankee Harley I knew it was better. There is finally a CT dealer that puts the customer first. After meeting the new owner Aaron it took me a couple of months to purchase my new bike. When I had decided to buy he not only stood by the original appraisal of my trade but give me a great deal on a 2010 bike when I was originally looking at a 2009.
